Overview

Íhmíhzsizwar Gíhm was founded durring the late 15th century in winter of the year 1455, by Yä̌shī̌s Cä̂f̄̄sh 'Ella Gina' Rawmpf̄̌sh Ca̋chī́̄ Mboīoī. The establishment of Íhmíhzsizwar Gíhm was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Yä̌shī̌s Cä̂f̄̄sh 'Ella Gina' Rawmpf̄̌sh Ca̋chī́̄ Mboīoī struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Íhmíhzsizwar Gíhm as a prison colony.

Íhmíhzsizwar Gíhm was built using the conventions of Tauran durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Íhmíhzsizwar Gíhm is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature stone brick construction with most buildings posessing towers, turrets, dormers, and wide wrap-around porches. An extreem emphasis on decorative features and emblishments can be seen even on the poorest of homes and makes even the most humble of structures seem a bit regal.

Íhmíhzsizwar Gíhm is was constructed arround several broad cobblestone mainstreets which cross one another at certain axies, with smaller streets branching off of them to premit acess to the many buildings deeper into the road network. The overall fashion is remenessent of a circulatory system, or other organic construct, and is quite effishent in its design. The city posesses a mighty albit amaturly crafted stone wall. It was built using querried stone blocks and posesses all of the standard defencive features, including a few watch towers. While it would last against a siege, the wall's outdated and simplistic construction method percludes the possability of Íhmíhzsizwar Gíhm weathering a full scale bombardment durring a siege. The budget focused millitary grade defenses have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.

Íhmíhzsizwar Gíhm has the unmistakable air of a city on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Íhmíhzsizwar Gíhm ’s existence has dried up and the city is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. Even with that as it is, everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or much of both. The town should be gone, not dying. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring just long enough for it to be uncomfortable.
